What is Google Checkout™?
Google Checkout™ is a new service that makes online shopping faster, more convenient and more secure. How Secure is ordering from Fandecor.com?
Ordering from our online store is safe and secure. We use SSL technology (secure socket layer) which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. All information is encrypted as it is transmitted.

How is my information protected?
We utilize Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications. These certificates encrypt all personal data that is transmitted.

How do you process credit cards, and is my account number safe?
We process your credit card purchase using Google Checkout.  Credit card numbers aren't shared with us.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including -- AMEX, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

How do you calculate sales tax?
Georgia state law requires that Georgia-based businesses collect sales tax on orders shipped only to addresses within Georgia.

Do you sell my information to other parties?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party.

What information do you collect? How do you use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

How will you ship my order?
We use Ground for all orders unless otherwise specified. If you need express delivery please e-mail us from our Contact Page for a quote.

What if the merchandise I receive is damaged?
We take great care in the packaging of all of our products to ensure that you will receive your order intact. If the merchandise is damaged, please email us from our Contact Page and we will send you a shipping label along with a return authorization number to return the mearchandise to us.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
You may return your merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges within ten days of delivery. To receive the refund you will need to complete the following:

  • E-mail us from our Contact Page to receive a return authorization number.
  • Send the item back in it's original condition, and include all of the original packaging.
  • Returned items may incur a 15% restocking fee.
